關於越捷訂票若發生旅客姓名打錯字後的補救

再增加一個想改乘客的方式

Dear Sir/Madame,

Your fare class Eco, if you want to change the name of the passenger, you have to pay the fee: 1260000 VND/passenger/two segments/change.

You can contact the agency who booked the ticket for you for being supported. Or you can use the email which was registered on booking (**********81@followme.com.tw) and send request to us + attach passport of the old passenger and the new one.

Note: all changes must be made and finished at least 3 hours before the departure time.

代理商說改乘客要5000臺幣，小弟氣不過寫信給越捷，越捷回說改名費用是126萬越盾。
方法是要用登記時的email附上新乘客與舊乘客的護照再mail給他們。

總之，若非不得以，能自己買的票就不要透過代理商購買，以免要改票時都要讓人宰割。

因為少打了一個H  所以要更改機票名字  今天問台南售票代理  回覆優惠票價變更姓名約要5千多元

看來廉價航空服務調整很快.
或許更名叫做平價航空有一些服務不打折.

因為.以前長榮.中華價位都不降價.(因為很多服務.............)乘客率居高%.

現在長榮中華兩家要推出類似平價位的機票.還在班機時段上做區分.我認為還在看.(以前很多限於包機或...........這回評估錯失很多.讓平價航空闖出一片天空.)

在越的機場.看看越捷班機的銀幕.真的非常多.........很忙碌.
